Hydraulic Gaylord Dumpers
Standardized hydraulic dumper assemblies, designed to rotate and empty the contents of Gaylord type containers, boxes, tubs or carts. Each Hydraulic box dumper unit is shipped fully assembled and ready for operation. Floor level entry allows loading of the carriage via pallet-jack or fork-lift. Several models available. Low cost, easy installation, simple operation. Pneumatic Tilt Tables
Container Tilters for gaylord type boxes or drums. These pneumatic tilt tables operate on plant compressed air supply to automatically tilt containers during vacuum unloading to cause material to flow to the corner for pick up by a vacuum wand, without operator assistance. Each tilt table unit is shipped fully assembled and ready for operation. Low cost, easy installation, and simple operation. Bulk Bag Unloaders
A structural framework designed to position and assist in the discharge of bulk materials from bulk bags (flexible intermediate bulk containers). Models for manual operation or electric hoist positioning. Various discharge assist devises as required. These bulk bag unloaders can be integrated with tubular drag conveyors, or flexible screw conveyors or can be designed to interface with existing bulk material handling equipment. Manual Bag Dump Stations
Stations to facilitate the manual emptying of 50 & 100 pound bags of bulk material. Usually equipped with a dust collector to control dust and return it to the product flow stream. Dust hood for connection to existing bag house also available. Standard and custom manual bag dump stations units are offered.
